One call that still stands out was a cruise ship facing a water filtration failure. Supply lines were down, the system wasn’t working, and there was no margin for error. People depended on that system being safe and operational. We were called in to help, and there was no waiting for parts or pointing fingers — the valve had to work.

We tracked down components, adapted what was available, and built what was needed to get the system back online. When the water flowed again and the system was safe, the relief was real. That moment reinforced what we already knew: when valves fail, the stakes are high and the responsibility is heavy.

During COVID, those pressures multiplied. Supply chains broke, factories closed, and price gouging became common — but systems still had to run. We became creative, resourceful, and relentless about building valves that worked, at the right price, when customers had no other options.
